TOP 1,000 Florida
Three counties count for 90.8% of TOP 1,000 houses in Florida. These counties are:
- Palm Beach County 50% (52.7% in 2024)
- Miami-Dade County 28.4% (26% in 2024), and
- Collier County 12.4% (12% in 2024)
Palm Beach County still dominates our TOP 1,000 list, but its share decreased in 2025 with 27 houses compared to 2024. Previous year (2024) Palm Beach County lost 19 houses from TOP 1,000 list. Miami-Dade County gained 24 houses in 2025. Previous year (2024) Miami-Dade added 42 houses. Collier County also gained 4 houses on our TOP 1,000 list compared to the list from 2024.
Median Just Value for TOP 1,000 houses in Florida was $33,281,942 in 2025. Since 2014, the Median Just Values for the TOP 1,000 houses have changed as seen in the chart below.
Due much in part to Florida's attractive tax climate, which includes no state income tax, a majority of the TOP 1,000 homes are the primary residence for owners, with about 61% being eligible for homestead tax exemptions in 2025. In 2024, homes with homestead exemption counted for 62%.
In 2024, 5244 houses (4777 in 2023) were valued over $10 million in the State of Florida. About 76% of the "8-Figure Club" houses are in three counties:
- Palm Beach County: 36.6% (36.6% in 2023)
- Miami-Dade County: 24.7% (23.5% in 2023), and
- Collier County: 14.4% (18.3% in 2023)
- Palm Beach County: 36.8% (36.6% in 2024)
- Miami-Dade County: 23.9% (24.7% in 2024), and
- Collier County: 15.3% (14.4% in 2024)
